Returns & Refunds

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unopened and unused condition. Please check your order on arrival — any discrepancy between your order and the goods received must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a refund, items must be in perfect resalable condition:

  • Original packaging intact and undamaged, with all manufacturer seals unbroken.
  • All accessories, cables, manuals and software included.
  • The product unused and unregistered, with no signs of installation or wear.

Returns that do not meet these conditions — opened or damaged packaging, missing components, or items found on testing to be non-faulty — may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

How to return an item

  1. Email sales@compuhouse.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will reply within one working day with your returns reference (RMA) and the return address. Please do not send goods back without an RMA reference.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it within 14 days of receiving your RMA. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours — we will provide a prepaid return label and, once tested, send a replacement or a full refund including return postage. For faults we may first offer phone or remote support to resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Warranty & statutory rights

Every product includes a 12-month CompuHouse warranty covering faults and failures. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
